Having been deployed around the world there was nothing like a good return trip back to the U.S. for some rest and recuperation (a.k.a. R&R).  Well, we all like to be angry at situations we don't have much control over and no matter what branch of service you're in, you've probably made fun of another.  The outcome is Rile & Ridicule.
